Parking:

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• No overnight street parking

House Rules
• No smoking or vaping in home or grounds
• No parties or events, local ordinance quiet hours start at 10PM
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• We ask primary guest to sign a simple digital rental agreement within 24 hours and verify ID (quick selfie + photo ID).
For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are exterior security cameras in place, including a video doorbell at the front entry and a camera monitoring the driveway and backyard. These devices are motion-activated and record video only (no audio). There are no cameras inside the home. Thank you for helping us protect our home and community!

For over 40 years, I’ve vacationed along along 30A. Fall is my favorite for its peaceful vibe and stunning sunsets. Having traveled everywhere from Australia to the Caribbean, I can say the sugar-white sand, emerald waters, and charm of 30A are truly unmatched. I chose this quieter location because it offers the best of both worlds—proximity to great dining and shopping, along with the rare luxury of private deeded beach access in an uncrowded setting.
